After 20 years in the making by a private collector, Billy's Service Station of Brisbane, Australia was auctioned in pieces soon after this photograph was taken.  Built on a private property, it was a popular meeting place for local car enthusiasts and is now sorely missed.  Under the dark skies of the final days the last few customers stop for gas.
