The Sombrero was a ride at a Fun Park on the outskirts of Budapest, the day my mate Jimmy and I turned up it was like a ghost town. About 3 or 4 staff members were manning the whole Amusement Park. That January day was about minus 12 degrees, the whole scene felt surreal. The mood was sombre. This image is actually 3 separate images that I tampered with in Photoshop. The sky was photographed in Prague, the ride in Budapest and the flexible body was created in my studio at Bondi Beach.
